I came in with a list of recommended work [from my brother], and after looking at the car, they removed several items from the list, explaining they were not needed. It would have been easy for them to do [or charge for] all the items... but they only did the work my car needed. They offered options to help with my budget, and met their estimates, even though they were authorized to go up to 10% higher without calling me first. They also gave me a ride to the office after I dropped off my car for servicing.

This is the second Subaru that we have owned, and we have taken to Clays. They went well out of their way to ensure that our vehicle was repaired in a timely manner and that we knew exactly what was going on and how much it would cost, even coming in under their estimated cost and time. The work was as always FIRST RATE. I would not hesitate to take any of my vehicles to Clays. Thanks for all your efforts.
