Honest, competent, polite, what more can I say - except that I can tell them to fix anything that needs it and can trust them totally.

> We received excellent treatment with our recently purchased 2003 > Toyota 4runner. The purchase deal was fair, and we had no pressure at purchase time. We had an AC issue this spring, which we discovered after the 3-mo purchase warrantee had expired last winter). I got a prompt response to my email inquiry re: what dealer might do to help, immediately promising to diagnose the problem for free and they then made a free repair. > Fast, courteous service was exemplary. To have them diagnose and repair the air conditioning in good faith several months after the sale was a fine gesture. > My contacts via email and phone were positive and reassuring, enough so > that I felt confident in sending my wife in with the car > while I was at work. She loaded up with books and paperwork thinking she > would need to be occupied for the afternoon on the appointment > day, only to find herself in and out of both the service department and > the dealer's separate Lube Express within 45 minutes. Organized, pleasant, > efficient, and cordial are adjectives she used to describe the > employees. We could not hope for better service. > As far as we concerned, this is the dealer of choice in our valley.
