These guys fixed a problem on my camry that had plagued me for and the car's previous owners for at least 5 years. The car had been to 4 different mechanics that I know of with no improvement. (this is probably why I got it so cheap!) After trying all the standard fixes, they got serious and started tearing things down to the molecular level and found (ta da!) a problem that was funky in the extreme but which I don't have time to describe. Then they fixed it and didn't charge me for all the extra time it took them to diagnose. They also fixed the lame drivers side door that was always hard to open and close and didn't mention it or charge me for it. They're also always willing to stand and BS for a few minutes and gave us great advice on buying our next (used) car. Great guys!

Always have been very good about explaining what needs to be done, how much it costs and why, and since I am a graduate student on a budget, what needs to be fixed first and why. They are really good about not charging until the car actually gets repaired. So far, it has never cost me anything to take the car in for diagnosis. All around great people to deal!

While we were pleased with how we were treated and how the BIG repair was done competently, we were disappointed that this shop didn't take a little more time to replace a coolant hose and corroded radiator cap. Our first three days on the road (traveling from Oregon to Indiana) became rather hellish, until the ensueing problems were solved.

I just loved having a mechanic I could trust. As a woman, I was never treated with condescension, and I was always given good information about my car and what was being done to it. Anything they ever did was a rock solid repair, and if they didn't know what was wrong, they recommended someone who might and didn't charge me a dime. I liked being able to call and tell them my name and have them remember me. I liked that they charged what they said they would.

I don't know that they've ever screwed up; they haven't with my car! They give me a ride to work when I bring my car in, and pick me up after work to retrieve it. Of course, I have a very reliable car (Subaru) so it doesn't require much work anyway. One time it needed a new strut and they had to get one from the Subaru dealer, much to their chagrin! I love these guys!
