Malcom's Auto is great. I have used them for 4 years on both of our cars and they have always been honest and ethical. They do a fine job and I've never had a complaint about any work they've done. They also will take you back to your home/work and pick you up in the Corvallis city limits which is very convenient. There prices are about 5% more than other shops in the area but its worth it for the good work they do.

If they don't fix it the first time, then they will try again but don't expect any refund for parts fixed that WERE NOT BROKEN.

Several times I've had small problems that I've not been able to correct myself and they have done them for free. A couple of times I've thought the car had a problem. They checked and assured me It didn't. No charge! They're not looking for troubles not there.

Everyone at the shop has been awesome! While I had to answer GMC for my primary vehicle; it was actually a foreign vehicle, an Austrian Pinzgauer which they worked on for me. Suburban was secondary. Great crew, I continue to go there.
