Having to have my CV boots replaced, what do you expect after 115000 miles, calling around, he was the lowest priced by far. His shop is sort of out of the way and is different, a good different which equals low over head. The resident dog is always there to greet you with a big waging tail. Mr. Nelsen was called upon to replace my first clutch & 121000 miles. Again the most reasonable price in town, and again a great job. I highly reccomend this shop.

Nelson's Service and Nelson's Automotive (the following shop) are the same place. I've been using them for years, before they moved from Ninth street this inconvenient place. They always tell me what kinds of repairs will be coming up as my vehicles get older and older. They warn me about dangerous problems and will call me at work if they think something need attention now. They are extremely fair with their prices and often to throw minor things for good will. They always offer me a ride even when I've said I prefer to walk. There are several mechanics and I never know which one is working on my vehicle and it doesn't matter because if they screw up they won't be there the next time. They are not open on weekends and that can be inconvenient.
