We have been taking our cars to Jacks for as long as I can remember(I'ma 2nd generation user) and it is really great to know that when i drop my car off there won't be any unneccessary repairs offered! They are also real good at figuring out the problems by my stupid sound effects! I like the way they call me and tell me how much repairs are going to cost before proceeding. They let me know if a certain repair can wait until future date or if it will do more damage to wait. I like the fact that when something goes wrong I can just dial up Jack and he always seems to squeeze me in. One other thing, if they don't do a certain job at thier garage they know some good places to send you so you dont get ripped somewhere else. For instance B&S Mufflers (Admiral & Memorial) did a job for me (catalytic converter sp??) on my lunch HOUR!! These gentelman where very nice and I was in and out of there in 45mins.with no appointment(1st come 1st serve) You just can't put a price on service like both places offer.
