When my Chevy Astro's fuel pump gave out (5 o'clock on a Sat. afternoon and 300 miles from home, of course) the tow truck driver recommended Scott. When I went back Sun. morning to leave him a note about the van, I found him in the shop trying to catch up on some work. On Mon. morning, he diplomatically got a regular customer to step aside, worked all day on my van and had me on the road by 5:00 Mon. afternoon. Scott's shop is immaculate, and he takes the time to talk with the customer. I knew he would be OK when I saw his guard cat sleeping on his desk and in the corner of his office an old electric guitar with an even older Fender amp. When things are slow, Scott plays blues and listens to B.B. King.

They did a great job on my air conditioner. Since we are a one car family, they brought me back home and picked me up when the work was done. The price was a fair job. Scott was nice and professional, he didn't treat me like a dumb woman. I'll definately go back there the next time I need work done!

His coupon said he'd check everything out for basically peanuts. I suspected he'd find all sorts of stuff that needed his immediate and expensive attention. What he told me was that the brakes could use some work eventually , but it was no emergency and basically, the car was in great shape and he wasn't going to charge me anything more than what the coupon specified. What a surprise!
