We've done business with Bill Osborne, the owner/head mechanic, for quite a few years--at least 10. He's worked on at least 6 different cars for us: '95 Audi, '96 Buick wagon, '95 Geo Prism, '94 Saturn, '91 Toyota Previa, '80-something Nissan Maxima. (No, we don't still have all these cars, but we do keep cars a long time...) Several times I have gotten estimates from someone else, then gone to Bill--Bill is always cheaper, at least as fast, and more reliable. The few times he's messed up he's always made it right. With one car he finally said told us it wasn't worth fixing any more and said it was time to sell--he could have made a lot on us by putting a lot into it, but he did not. We've referred many of our friends to him, and they like him, too. If he runs into something he hasn't had a lot of experience with before he's not too proud to check around--he's even checked with dealers' mechanics! Yikes! Finally, he still does a lot of the work himself, along with 1-2 other mechanics.

Owner, Bill Osborne, is just the best, as are the rest of his guys. He used to work for a dealer and was fed up with having to meet sales quotas on unnecessary work. I recently had to/chose to sell my 12 year old car that he helped me baby for the past six years. I feel like a rat, needing to go to a dealer now...but as soon as that warantee is up, I'm back to Bill's! {I'm a teacher: 90% of my colleagues, and the school vehicles are also taken there! He's good!}
