They are very conscientious to answer questions and discuss alternatives to any repair task. I am a bit more than a shade-tree mechanic, and I am confident that they do not try to bluff their way thru anything. They also are very forthcoming with alternatives that have a balance of dollars and immediate vs. later service and extensive vs. adequate approach to a problem. Their ethics are above reproach. Confirmed my requests for repairs back to me in detail to make sure we were on the same page. Gave me a written estimate even though I was happy with verbal estimate. Called twice during the day, first to give me an update on when the car would be ready and how the estimate was comparing to the actual work. Second to tell me the car was finished. Two shops in North / South westerville. One may be more convenient to you. Gave me a ride back to my house after dropping off the car in the morning. Has a night key drop box. Cost was a little more than I would have hoped, but very honest, competent, and on-time.

My 1993 Tercel had 113K on the clock and I made the decision to keep the car. I had them check out the engine, which I knew was in poor condition. They discussed options with me and I elected to go with a full rebuild and some other repairs thrown in while the car was apart. They did a great job on the car. It runs and rides like new. The repairs took a day or two longer and went a little higher than the original estimate, but not overly so. Recommended.

I had two of my cars at Westerville for various reapairs and they've always been honest, quick, and reasonably priced. One time they did screw up a water pump replacement by forgetting to tighten the bolts on the serpentine belt tensioner. One week later it fell off. I had the car towed to my house and called them. They had it towed to their shop and after seeing the problem agreed it was their fault. They covered the necessary repairs, towing to their shop AND the cost of the towing to my house when the car first broke down. I strongly recommend their shop.

My VW Jetta would not start and I had to have it towed to their shop. They said they had a deal with Shamrock towing so the tow was $45. I had no idea why the car wouldn't start. They diagnosed the problem quickly. Some places have trouble getting foreign parts in a timely manner. I thought my car would be there for days They had my timing belt replaced in a day. I dealt with them entirely over the phone. I didn't go to the shop until I picked up my car. They were very easy to deal with. The only complaints I have are $71 an hour for labor is on the high side and they should have towed it for free. But you get what you pay for. They were fast and professional.

I went to the shop based on previous reviews from this site. My Maxima has 193K miles on it and I wanted an opinion on whether I should make some repairs. I made an appointment for an oil change and an inspection and agreed to a fee. The day before my appointment I got a coupon in the mail and brought it with me. They honored it without a problem. I received a candid assessment of the vehicle, with the suggestion that I not sink too much more money in it as the radiator core mounts were rusted out beyond repair. I'm bringing my family's Volvo here now and will soon starting bringing my Lexus once the warranty expires.
