Rick is a little rough around the edges, but does good work. Being one of his female customers, he tends to address me as "Hon". But if you are good natured, you will see it is just the way he is. If he sees another minor repair that needs attention (like a missing bolt) he will replace it and tell you what he did without charging for it. Once he replaced a broken wiper arm for no charge as he had a used part on hand. Rick will check out your car to see if there is anything else that might need attention, but is not pushy about one having the work done. Price quotes on parts are accurate and he shops around to get you the best deal. If it is an expensive part, he will try to repair it first. If you want an accurate quote, make sure he actually prices the parts first, as sometimes he will "shoot from the hip" in providing estimates. Our Plymouth Sundance has over 220,000 miles on it and our Volkswagon Golf over 70,000. The company I work for is right across the street, so for me it is very convenient. Directions: From I75, heading north (exit 199) or south (exit 199a) take the Miami Street exit to head east. Turn right on Oakdale (2nd light). Turn right on East Broadway and you will see it on the right, just past the Credit Union.
