THIS SHOP IS JUST NORTH OF HUBER HEIGHTS. I HAVE TAKEN MY VEHICLES TO JACK FOR ALMOST 15 YEARS AND HE HAS NEVER DISAPPOINTED ME. I HAVE HAD EVERYTHING FROM LUBE JOBS TO AN ENGINE REPLACEMENT DONE THERE AND HAVE FOUND THE WORK TO BE TIMELY,ACCURATE, AND REASONABLY PRICED. ON A PERSONAL BASIS, JACK AND EACH OF HIS EMPLOYEES ARE POLITE AND HELPFUL TO ALL.

Chris has been working for Duty Automotive for a few years and is always polite and easy to talk to during a problem with my transportation needs. I feel he is very competent and I trust him when it comes to my car! He is one of the best by my standards. But remember he's busy and you will wait for quality!!!!!!

Jack is the owner of Duty Auto and he is very straight up and honest about what needs to be done. He is in business to make money but that doesn't stop him from from giving a customer options to get them on the road again and not necessarily make him the most money. I don't think anyone could find a better guy to take their car to.
