These guys are really good at what they do, in a safe environment, and take the time to explain what they're going to do. Excellent people to deal with. In case you don't know where Lebanon Rd. is, this Procare is at the corner of Hauck Rd. and Rt. 42, just north of the Rt. 42 exit on I-275.

Took my Ford F-150 in because it was hard to start when warm, started fine when cold. They analyzed with their machine for $70. Problem was clogged intake system. They cleaned the intake system, and said everything was fine. Driving home the truck would not idle below 2000RPM. I called them back and they told me to return it right away. I took it back and they told me the intake manifold gasket was leaking. They repaired. I picked up the vehicle and it still had the original problem, and my wallet was almost $1200 lighter. They told me to bring it back, but I decided I had thrown enough money their way. Since the problem was not resolved I spoke to the manager and told him that after $1200 the problem remained. He checked and agreed, but he would make no adjustments. They can handle small stuff like a broken radiator hose or bad wipers, but I will never take anything more involved than that.
