You have to ask for Kirk Fritz. He made all the repairs on my vehicles until I moved to Chicago. I still call him up to get advice on my car before taking it in to the dealer for repairs. He knows his stuff. He isn't a "part changer." I cannot think of a single time when his diagnosis, based on my descriptions of what was wrong with the car, isn't what needed to be fixed. As a female, I expected to be taken advantage of but he always takes the time to fully explain what was wrong, what he is going to do, and how much it will be up front.

I work 30 miles from home and finally found a shop that is not only competent but also is trustworthy. I recently had a noise coming from under the front of my SUV and they thought it was the differential unit. Unfortunately, their technician expert was off that day and they referred me to another facility to have the problem assessed, because they wanted to make sure they were giving me good advice. (A previous shop told me the noise was from my breaks and I needed $380 worth of work. I knew this was wrong since I just had the breaks done before winter, and I only drive the vehicle once a week.) Ray's has also picked up and dropped off my car to me at work. I am very happy with their service and staff. As a female, it is nice to know there is someone I can trust!!
