I have been dealing with them for over 30 years. First with the father and sons and now the sons. They've given me rides home and loaned me cars. The grandpa has even gone on searches for used cars for us. They examine cars before we buy at no charge. When the dad died, which left them with two mechanics (the two brothers), they are so honest that they wouldn't hire a third mechanic for many years because they didn't feel comfortable with any others integrity. If I frop in, with some little concern about my car, they stop what they are doing and check it out, hardly ever asking for payment. They treat EVERYONE the same, young or old, male or female. They love to explain in detail, (even things you probaly shouldn't know) what is wrong, what you options are, and when done fixing the car, what all they did. They always call and let you know that the car is done. They back all their work and never charge you twice. They will find the part, no matter what it takes. They fix everything. They are polite, friendly and honest, honest honest. I have sent friends, co-workers ( in Dayton, Ohio) and relatives to them and not one has ever been disapointed. If we are out of town, and need car work, we can call them with the estimate and they will tell us if they cost of repair is fair or we are being "taken". If there are any other compliments, I can't think of it. Neal Fitze
