Barnes has always treated me fairly and asked for a reasonable price. And, when I went in and needed the thingy- ma-jig cleaned and didn't know how to get to it, they unscrewed a part, scrubbed out the inside with some WD-40, and said to forget about it. It's nice to know that they won't take advantage of a non-mechanical girl, and now I know how to clean the thingy-ma-jig! Oh, and they screwed the part back on, too.

Taken good care of my and wife's car. Saved me a lot of money not doing unnecesary jobs as had been recommended by others-dealer and franchise shops etc. Also when job done always have been under other estimates. Twice now has checked all 4 brakes on 2 different cars and not charged. In one case has said wait 6 months and he would check again, other at least a year to go, inspite of being told by dealer need $500 of work. Friendly, competent, totally honest place to go

Barnes towed us from a snowdrift during the great blizzard of 1978. We have been going to them ever since. Honest and kind people.
