I've used them for a number of fixes, but I'm always impressed when they DON'T fleece me when it would be so easy to do so to a yutz like me. I had a problem with a flat tire which I thought needed to be replaced but they fixed the seal and charged me $8 bucks. A plastic connector snapped off my 2001 Ford E150 Van and a plastic covering was hanging below the vehicle so they reattached it and didn't charge me anything because it took them five minutes. They've done far more substantial work for me on the older of our two vans (a 12 year old Chevy Astro) -- but I'm amazed that they never seem to try to turn a simple problem into something expensive. If it's easy and cheap, it costs me next to nothing. So when I do have a bigger job, I'm confident that they're not making it up. I highly recommend these guys!

As a female, I'm always skeptical of the service that I will receive. They've patched several of my tires on an old Cavalier and have replaced brakes and performed tire rotations on my Civic all at a pretty reasonable cost. They take the time to explain everything in layman's terms and recommend service that may be appropriate for my type of vehicle. My father even takes his vehicles to them. That means a lot!! A+++++
