A stranger took us to Joe's when we broke down on a trip to visit ou daughter. They were so helpful and kind to us. They stopped what they were doing and immediately took our car in and began to diagnose the problem. When they felt they had it, they gave us a written estimate after spending a 1/2 hr. locating parts. (Ours was an older car) Since it would take a day or so to do the work and we wanted to go on to our daughter's, they helped us get a rental. They called us at ourdaughter's and gave us an update and promised the car when we got back. When I called them back the morning we were to get the car, we had forgotten it was a holiday. They were closed but opened for us when we got there. W epaid the bill, transferred everything out of the rental to our car and left for home.(About 4 hrs. away) When we stopped to get a bite to eat about 30 miles away, the car broke down again. We called them and they said they would bring a flat bed truck for the car and a car for us to ride in. They were very concerned about us and the car not working again. They took us to a motel near their shop and promised to get on it in the morning. They dicoverd that the cumputer was bad giving false info and replaced it. When I went to pay them they said "NO WAY" You've had enough and sent us on our way. When we got home later that evening, I called them and jokingly told them that the car stopped again.BUT IT WAS IN OUR DRIVEWAY. I thanked them again for all they did to help us in our trouble.
