I am submitting this recommendation because I felt that I was treated very well by the head mechanic. I was hundreds of miles away from home for work purposes when my car broke down. The head mechanic explained in detail the problem and gave me an estimate that was exactly what I paid. He kept me informed about the progress being made on the vehicle and called me after I left to follow up and make sure the vehicle was still running properly, which it was.

My son's car broke down on the road on the way home from college for Thanksgiving. He was traveling from Columbus to Cleveland. My husband jumped in his truck to go help our son since he was only an hour away. On the way out the door, he said google "Car Talk" and find a mechanic in Lodi, OH. ( We listen to your program every Sat.) I did just that and found on the top of the list Henry's Auto Service. I called Jeff Henry. He called for a tow for my son. My husband met the tow driver and my son at Henry's Auto Service. Jeff Henry fixed my son's car at 4pm on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. It was a simple repair and he only charged us $45 for the repair. What a guy! What an honest mechanic to help us in an hour of need! Thank you "Car Talk" and thank you Jeff!
