The owner, Mike Karns, has been servicing my wife's older car for a few years. I recently became a little dissatisfied with the dealership that had been servicing my newer car. I took it to Mike and he diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately. He is honest, competent, his prices are reasonable, and in the future he'll get all the maintenance work on both of our cars. I strongly recommend him.

The dealer couldn't find my A/C leak. Mike Karns, the owner of Bellbrook Automotive, discovered and fixed it immediately. He also put new tires on our vehicles at less cost (for the same tires) than the most popular tire discounter in the area. My guess is that he'd respond well if he made a mistake, but he hasn't made a mistake with our vehicles. Vic Presutti
