My car would not start. I had to have it towed to McDonalds. He called and told me the computer was dead and would have to be replaced. About a half hour later he called to tell me it was just a broken wire. Minimal labor charged. Last July (1996) I had to have a water pump replaced. This September (1997) it went out again. I called Brent to ask him about the warranty on parts and he told me he gets a year on parts. Just missed it by a couple of months. I took the car in to get the pump replaced. When I came back to pick it up there was NO CHARGE. He had argued for me with his supplier that the part should have lasted longer than 14 months. You've got to like this guy for his honesty and consideration for his customers. He's got my business and anyone else I can send to him. ... steve martin

I've gone to Brent with cars, trucks, and tractor for years. He's always honest. I trust him completely.
