Jim is honest, pleasant and a darn good mechanic. My last "major" repair cost me $16 because when he went into replace the part he thought was broken, it turned out it just needed to be tightened. He did so, test drove it, and happily returned the unopened part to Subaru. He could just as easily have told me he had replaced the part and charged me for it without my being any the wiser, which is what the dealership would have no doubt done. Good, friendly service and honest to boot. Can't beat it.
