Don is the kind of guy that will go out of his way to make sure you are happy with his work. While I was there a woman came in and told Don that she wanted to do her own oil change but he put the drain plug in too tight when he did her oil change last time. After a brief congenial interchange Don put the car up on lift, loosened the drain plug all the way off, drained her oil and put her own oil in her engine. NO CHARGE!! This woman could not thank him enough. This kind of customer relations can only bring him benefits in the future.

Al is the owner. Been around forever. Shop's always busy. Three bays. I drive a 99 Lexus gs400. With 108k. I had been sick off and on for almost 2 months. More on than off. I wasn't getting out and about much less driving. I kept losing battery charge and every 4 or 5 days had to hook up to my charger. I was convinced I had a bad alternator and or battery. Batt. was only 3 mos old. Also needed an oil change and my summer yokohamas put on. He called and said alternator was putting out spec 100 amps, and batt fine and asked what was going on with my driving habits. He said a car like mine had to be run every 3 to 5 days in winter and 5 to 7 in summer to maintain a good charge. He could have replaced both and I wouldn't have batted an eye. Very honest man. Thanks Al.

I've dealt with Broadview-Schaaf Marathon for more years than I care to remember, for my own cars, my wife's cars, and now our dauther's cars. I've always been highly satisfied with their work.
