The people there communicate well, are friendly and make it easy to return for more service.

I live in Pleasant Ridge (north-central Cincinnati) and I had been taking my '95 Ranger pickup to the service department at John Nolan Ford ever since I moved here in 2000. When they closed up shop, I was really disappointed, since I had built up rapport with the service guys. I started taking my truck up to another shop where several of them moved to when John Nolan closed. A few weeks ago, I noticed cars outside the service bays, and when I needed some more work done on my Ranger, I went back to the other shop but couldn't find any of the guys that I had worked with. Turns out they had re-opened the service department at John Nolan! I have been working with Maurice Jackson for several years and never had any problems with any of the maintenance on my vehicle. The work that they do at John Nolan I would recommend to anyone and everyone.
