Pearce's has come to the house to start our car so we could drive it to the shop. I have stopped by on a Friday afternoon when a "chain" muffler shop told me I needed several items replaced. Hank took the time to look into it on the spot and was straight telling me the one item was so dangerous we shouldn't drive the car if at all possible, but that another item could wait as long as we wanted. They took care of an out-of-town friend's car right away when she had trouble as she tried to go home in the morning. They explain and answer questions at the garage as well as over the phone, NEVER talking down to either my husband or myself, and I can usually get our cars in the day after I call to set up an appointment. It is rare that the car isn't ready by the end of the same day. They have checked out used cars for our kids and referred us to a body shop that is just as great as they are.

Hank and Russ have maintained at least 5 of my family's cars for more than 20 years. Always honest. Always competent. If they can't fix it, they'll tell you and refer you elsewhere. They're quick. They're nice. If they ever go out of business, I don't know what I'll do.
