Ulmer's has maintained 4 used vehicles for me over the course of 14 years. Some of the vehicles were very high mileage and due to Ulmer's maintenance I've never had a breakdown or been stranded. They're not cheap, they do the job right but will also work with you if you want to do the job "creatively" (read "cheap") as long as it's not a safety issue.

Ulmer's is the only place I would take my car for service or repairs. I have been a customer for more than 10 years and always recommend them to anyone looking for car service and repairs, and I always get positive feedback when someone does take my advice and go to Ulmer's.

After finding this shop on Car Talk when I moved to Cincinnati, I can say this is one of the best shops I have ever dealt with. As a woman, I am always nervous about getting ripped off. Not at Ulmer's. They explain what is needed, and give good estimates. And will tell you what must be fixed and what can wait if you ask. I had a new starter motor put in and a week later was having problems again. They replaced it with no charge and no quibbles. As long as I am in Cincinnati, Ulmer's will be my go-to shop.
