Danny King is the ownwer and mechanic. A one man shop. I have been going there for three years and have found Danny to be the mechanic you always wanted: extremely knowledgable, fair and honest. And his prices beat the hell out of the dealers. I have never made one of these recommendations before, so you know how much I am impressed.

I cannot stress enough how satisfied I am with the work I recently had done at P3. I was at a crossroads with my 2001 VW Passat - keep it or get something new. I was leaning toward something new as my Passat had given me a lot of (expensive) trouble over the years. I was due for the timing belt/water pump service and I also had to get two oil leaks fixed (turbo oil feed leak and a cam seal oil leak). Note: that's BIG money at the dealership I've been going to for the past seven years. I found P3 via cartalk.com and the owner (Danny King) probably spent an hour on the phone with me discussing the pros and cons of my Passat. He probably spent an hour+ looking over my car (charged me nothing) to determine whether it was worth investing in. He then sent me an itemized quote for all of the work that I needed done. I did A LOT of shopping around and comparing and the P3 price was outstanding!!! I had all of the work done and my Passat runs like it was new. When I picked the car up he: - thoroughly reviewed why all the work that was done. - showed me all of the parts that were replaced. - showed me how he used some different parts that won't breakdown as quick as the factory parts. From all the time spent talking with him it's very evident that he knows his stuff. I don't ever plan on going anywhere else for service for as long as I have my Passat.
