I am always shown and i am explained why I need a certain service. They do quality work with quality parts, at a very fair price. Every one I talk to that knows Smith Brake talks about their good reputation.Ive never heard one bad word about Smith Brake.

The only place I will take my cars for brakes. They do not nickel and dime you like every other place, and also they explain and answer any questions you have. Their prices are fair. Maybe all the stated reasons are why they have been in business for such a long time.

Referred to Smith Brake by Ron of Ron's Auto Clinic in Girard, OH, for brake trouble with my '95 Camry. The folks at Smith were very accommodating, upbeat, quick, honest, and very reasonably priced. Car was fixed in 6 hours - I can stop now! Great people to work with!

I was out of the shop in a little less than one hour with a satisfactory repair. They took the time to explain the problem and showed me what they would do to fix it. The cost was very reasonable. Perhaps even more important was how they treated a customer that had arrived right before I did. This customer was a woman who admitted that she knew nothing about cars. She heard a noise that she thought was coming from the wheel area. The mechanic drove her car and determined that the noise was actually coming from her engine. She was told that her brakes were fine and that she needed to see a mechanic that dealt with engine issues (Smith Brake does not perform engine work). After spending time driving her car, putting the car up on the rack and checking the brakes, and then giving her helpful advice, she was told there was no charge even when she insisted on paying something. She and I were treated in a respectful, friendly manner. I will definitely use them again and recommend their service to others.
