Dec 28, 2000
The most recent time they worked on my car, the "Check Engine" idiot light went on after another shop had replaced my clutch. BP Procare worked me into their schedule and diagnosed 2 problems: the wires had been broken off the oxygen sensor and another sensor had been disconnected. They found a parts store with the right oxygen sensor and offered to replace it the same day, but I chose to bring the car back the next morning (Saturday). They were very willing to explain to me what the problem was and answered my questions very thoroughly. BP Procare is very accommodating and all their people are customer oriented. They don't make promises they can't keep. They have a number of mechanics on staff and a full set of computer diagnostic equipment. Their hours are [as of Dec 2000] M-F 6AM-7PM, Sat 8-5. Their prices are not cheap, about the same as my Toyota dealer charges.
