I took my car into these guys after my other mechanic sold his business. I was hesitant at first as the shop doesn't quite look as good as a dealership but was willing to give them a try. They were great. Rob at the front treated me great and even gave me a ride home. They fixed the problem for a lot less than others wanted to charge. Greg and Todd are great guys and seem to actually remember you each time you come in. I highly recommend these guys.

These guys are so nice. They were willing to have me pick up a car on Saturday after the shop was closed and slip a check under the door. I feel the trust runs both ways with them. They are upfront when something is expensive or time consuming.

The guys at Quality were all very friendly. They took the time to explain the total costs and why the repairs were needed. I shopped the repairs around to all the major mechanics (mitsu, ntb, and goodyear) and Quality came in close to $800 cheaper. I didn't even tell them I was price shopping. I had rear brakes and rotors on my first visit and I was dropped off at work so I could pick up later for not additional charge. My second visit I had struts, ball joint, timing belt and alignment completed on a Saturday which they knocked out in 4 hrs time. I will definitely recommend them and come back for future work.
