I have had a number of different makes since I have gone to them for repairs in the last five or six years -- Mercury Topaz, Celebrity '85, Celebrity '86, Olsmobile 88 '98 and my pride and joy, 1965 Corvette. I trust them implicitly. They even let me borrow some tools for a minor adjustment on the school van I drive. What more can you ask for?

I'm skeptical when it comes to finding a new garage. They always give you an accurate estimate and when they do (rarely) miscalculate they contact you before proceeding. They stand behind their work. They got a faulty water pump from a supplier and replaced it with no problem. They get it in and out when promised. They saved me a couple hundred dollars by recommending a muffler shop rather than doing it themselves (it turned out to be a simple job for the muffler guy [who also seemed to be fair and honest], but would have required parts replacement because they would have had to get a pre-formed part, because they don't have muffler equipment. I've had several friends who were good mechanics over the years and I think these guys are good. dcm
