This is a great dealership. Of course, taking your Toyota to the dealer will always cost more, because they use Toyota parts, which allot of the time an be up to twice as much as the same-quality aftermarket parts a repair center such as Goodyear (Gemini Automotive) can install. The labor time billed for repairs is good, and they never do more than necessary - they always bill for the time they spent, not the time the book says to bill, like other dealerships tend to do. At $80/hr it's quite expensive, but for a dealer, it's on target, and the work here is top notch, always diagnosing and fixing any problems very quickly and permanently on the first try. The techs and service managers communicate well and will always gather around to answer any questions you have. I would go here for any warranty, engine, or safety related work, and to a cheaper/smaller shop for routine mainteneance and easy work (suspension, brakes, tires, etc) to save on the labor rate ($80 vs $40 an hour).

They have worked on the Toyota's that we owned exclusively. My husband used them for many years. I have always been very pleased with their work, their knowledge, and their willingness to help. Would recommend them to anyone that has a Toyota.

Expensive, but they are a dealership, so $80/hr is normal for a Toyota. Lexus dealers will charge $110-120/hr to do the same work on the same car (an ES300 is just a rebadged Camry). Ganley always gives me a break on the pricing of the parts, and I can go ask the parts department people what their cost is on the parts to make sure it's a fair price. They fix everything the first time and often charge below the book number of labor hours (and have never charged me more than a quoted labor price, even if it took longer). Great dealership for major repairs. My only gripe is they never give me a free loaner car, even if mine is gone for a week and a $1,200 repair.
