I'm a young female who knows nothing about cars-- you'll know that about me as soon as we start to talk about cars. I took my car in and thought I had to have a ton of work done. When I came back to pick it up, the guy said, "Everything is fine. All you needed was an oil- change." This was a golden opportunity for them to do hundreds of dollars of work, but they were honest. I've gone back again and again, and each time it reinforces my good experiences with them.

We've been going there ever since we moved to Buffalo back in 1997. They've taken extraordinarily good care of both my '93 Saturn and my husband's '95 Plymouth Voyager van. Been very good at talking to us about what *must* be done now, what needs to be done *soon*, but can wait for a month or two, and what we can safely put off for a while on our two aging vehicles. (They do tease us about still driving the same old, old cars now.) It's great that we can walk in and actually talk to Dale or Pete, the owners of the shop, when we drop the cars off. I didn't answer the last question about transportation since they're within easy walking/biking distance of our house, and we can just go back home and use the other car.
