Was new to the area - a local police officer recommended Advantage. I had a Toyota, Honda, and Saab all worked on by the shop. Honesty was the key - I asked them to inspect my front brakes at 65K miles- fully expecting them to say they need to be replaced. Instead, they looked a them, gave me a percentage remaining, and told me they were fine. I turned over all scheduled maintenance to them. My biggest mistake was not bringing my Saab to them earlier. The local Saab independent mechanic was priced too high and not easy to get to.

Stephanie, who answers the phone at Advantage, patiently and clearly explains anything you need to know. They are open Tues. - Sat. and closed Sun. & Mon. They have given me a ride when needed. (No real public transportation around here.) This shop is honest and reliable. They will not recommend unnecessary work. They checked out several used cars for me and my husband. We bought the car they approved of and it's been a great trouble-free super-cheap car. Once they did screw up slightly and cheerfully fixed it free. I've recommended them to friends and neighbors.
