John runs a professional shop. The prices are NOT backyard mechanic prices because He pays his employees well retaining his mechanics and the competence & Quality level high. You get what you pay for. John does not make promises he cannot keep and is very upfront. My ONLY criticism is they don't call you right away when the car is ready. That's because they are SO busy. Other than that, it's a great place to do business.

I only took my 1990 Cadillac to John 2 times. He did a tune up and found a potentially dangerous problem with my fuel line and thanks to him and his competent staff my baby is practically new and he is very honest and professional.

John and Spiral were recommended to me years ago when my old mechanic retired. In the past 10 years, I haven't needed to go anywhere else with any car. I've had several cars in that time (we have five drivers and four cars in the house). The only issue I've ever had is the work is so good, sometimes it's hard to get in there because they get backed up, even with eight inside work bays. They're honest, they're reasonable, and the work is better than most. I recommend them constantly to friends, family and strangers.
