I called Tom Tepas because I am new to the Buffalo area & I noticed that he specialized in European cars, which seems to be rare as compared to my native Boston, MA. I called him for an estimate to repair my wife's Honda CR-V with my OWN parts & it seemed very reasonable compared to the Dealer's. The work was competently done & he did not give me a hard time for bringing my own parts as I will only use Genuine Honda. While there, I noticed that he works on a variety of Imports including Audi, BMW, & Porsche. This is definitely his specialty as I believe at least one of his other techs is from Europe but he serviced my Honda nonetheless. That said, I wouldn't even ask him to work on an American vehicle because he is a specialist. Highly recommended to a European & possibly Asian car owner in the Buffalo area! I have found my new mechanic in Buffalo!

Had them do an A/C repair and I think they over filled it. Took it back and Tom hooked up a guage and said there was no problem, but left me with the impression that he hadn't really done what was necessary for a valid test. That turned me off and I haven't been back since. So at this point I am a biased customer. I will say that I don't have any issues with earlier mechanical repairs they made. And they were willing to make the repairs using parts I had obtained directly from eEuroParts.
