Though located in the middle of nowhere, Tired Iron Repair is Simply the best SAAB place in the northeastern US and definitely one of the best in the country. The mechanic here focuses on nothing but SAABs of all types and is a complete genius at working on them. He has an extensive junkyard to get body pieces or automotive parts for a low price. The work is top notch and reasonable (for a SAAB at least) and your car is always going to run like new afterwards. Worth driving 300 miles for.

Although I no longer own a Saab, they treated me and my car very well during the years that I did! I have even considered buying a Saab again, just so I can go back to Tired Iron...even though I now live over 50 miles away..

Expert Saab people and can do complex repairs. For years raced Saab sedans so really know the cars in and out. Checked out radio and all connections from speakers to back of radio to stop intermittant drop outs - no charge. Did 60,000 mile major service for $100 less than the dealer, showed replaced parts.
