I started going to Union Coachworks when the dealer couldn't repair a problem with my clutch. They not only repaired it, they explained the problem and showed me the repair they made. Another time, they replaced my alternator for free, pointing out they'd changed the alternator a few months ago--and I'd completely forgotten it. Another time, I called at 5 PM on a Friday to ask a question about a headlight, and the manager said "bring it in" and fixed it on the spot. Always prompt, always honest, always provides a thorough explanation.

I started going to this shop when I was working in Saratoga Springs. They did work on my Chevy and Toyota truck. They are honest and competent. The suspension work on Chevy was done for less than the original estimate.

Very honest and extremely accomodating. I was told by another shop that I needed and alternator. Brought my car here (mostly just convenience) and they fixed it in just a couple of hours. Turned out it was just a clamp and saved me a fortune over what the other guys wanted to do!!!! Now i won't go anywhere else!!
