On three occasions I have gone to them for service WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT and they squeezed me in. On one occasion they could not find the noise coming from the drivers seat and enthusiastically invited me into the repair area so that I could help locate the problem which they happily corrected. On the second occasion I was returning from Florida and realized the cars inspection was several months overdue. They accommodated me at the expense of the mechanic's lunch hour. The mechanic was about to punch out for lunch only to be asked to inspect my vehicle before going to lunch so that I would not be delayed. He did so without showing any signs of disappointment. The third time I was in question as to whether I could change the delay time on the headlights. Within minutes they had a mechanic running a check on the cars computer to see if it was equiped as such. All of the above was done with an eager to please attitude.
