When we moved into the area about 15 years ago, I spoke to three different people, one on the CB radio, one a colleague from work and the other, a new neighbor. All three highly recommended County Parkway Mobil. Frank and his dad Walter are old school hard working honest people. They've had little turnover in employees over the years although on the occasion that one screws up with a job or customer, they're gone in a day. It's an example of their work ethic. i never question the cost of a repair as if it seems high, Frank apologizes in advance - not a problem. recently I needed to replace the metal tubing for the power steeering on a '92 pick-up. The part was about $300. He hardly charged me labor because he thought the part was so expensive. Can you do better than that. We have a fmaily fleet of 4 vehicles ranging from the '92 pick up to an '02 Protege. That can be expensive to maintain. They keep costs down with very very rare need for redoing the job. I have yet to hear any of their customers complain about the cost or quality of their work. I'm hessitant to submit this - they are - because of this quality - overly busy....

I hesistantly write the following only because I don't want CPR (formerly Country Parkway) to become too popular that waiting time increases too much. We've been using this mechanic shop for almost 20 years and I have yet to be disappointed in the quality of their work, and the reasonable prices. Frank Doyle took over for his dad and runs one of the most honest and reasonable mechanic shops that we ever used. I have suggested him to many friends and have yet to hear one of them complain about "CPR." (Their new name is Country Parkway Repairs.) Their new location, on Urban Avenue in Westbury just north of Old Country Road is larger and features a very comfortable waiting room complete with coffee, magazines and tv. The bottom line is that they are always joking with each other, getting a good laugh showing that they really enjoy what they do. They create an atmosphere that makes everyone happy to deal with them. The best in the area without a doubt.
