Bill is also very friendly and personable

Bill always explains what's wrong, and pitches the explanation to the person's level of knowledge. He's great at listening to the description of the problem and figuring out what's wrong.

I came across Bill's Garage in a conversation I had at work. I was new to town and sick of feeling like I was being ripped off by dishonest michanics. Three people reccomended that I go to Bill's saying that he was very honest, easy to talk to and always explained your car troubles and the work being done clearly. Plus, he's a nice guy too. I must say, I went and was not ever disapointed. He even showed me how to turn on my heat manually when the switch broke, for free!

I've had contact with Bill when he worked at another shop and felt he was the only honest guy working there. After he went into business for himself I sought him out to do some of my repair work and have never been dissappointed.
