If you have a transmission problem and need a reliable, friendly solution, stop by for a chat with Barry Poet at A&A Transmissions. Here's a tough combination to beat; a Staff of technically competent mechanics, evident pride in workmanship and a courteous accommodating reception. Most of the several cars I've owned ultimately had transmission problems, some more serious than others. In every case Mr. Poet solved the problem, met the promised delivery date with never a recall. Ride up a with a funny noise you heard the other day and without hesitation they will take the time to open the hood, make some cursory observations, check the fluid level and provide an honest recommendation. He and his Staff are always ready to patiently listen to a Customer's arm waving, "sounds like" description in a serious attempt to understand the problem. You bet I'm satisfied and it's time to say so; for the one thing I never worry about are transmission problems.

Barry is a great guy and he fixed a problem my mechanic had been trying to diagnose and fix but was not able to.
