sometimes they do get back logged because they are extremely busy. But they are worth the wait.

Danny Thalmann is the owner/head mechanic of this small shop in Liberty, NY. He's been taking care of my cars (Nissan Maxima, Toyota Camry) since about 1990. Aside from being very competent and fair, he's a very friendly, first-class individual who takes the time to make sure you really feel cared for. I strongly recommend him to all of my friends, and and glad to have the opportunity to do this on the Car Talk site. Regards, Jack

They are not as smart as they think they are. Threw a bunch of parts at my Volvo and pronounced it cured,; it wasn't. Wouldn't make right on parts mistakenly installed. Probably good for oil changes, brakes, shocks and struts, but tricky stuff puzzled them.
