Deeb's is great-- he checked out both of the cars i was considering buying and saved me from a major mistake on one of them. in addition, when my car broke down on a saturday (the starter died) he jump started it and drove it down to the shop. he always shows you the parts he's working on and explains what he's doing. wonderful guy!!

Dick is great, he fixes what needs fixing (no extra 100 dollar surprises there) he lays out all the options, he always does things in time and does them properly, and if there's anything you need to know about civil war, he's got the answer. Simply a wonderful guy!

Dick Deeb is very smart and very honest. I liked his "free estimates": in a couple of minutes he knew expactly what the problem was, something the the "experts" at the dealer couldn't figure out after several days and hundreds of (my :( ) dollars. His rates are not as cheap as Jaentch's, but still quite reasonable. He always tries to find for you the least expensive solution. He left the repair shop of a major chain store (which, to my delight, is just about to go bankrupt nowadays) because he couldn't bare how they cheated their costumers. The first time I went to him, he said that he doesn't accept credit cards because they "helped to ruin America". I liked him immediately.

First the bad news: Dick can be a flirt with female customers. However, having been warned of this in advance, I adopted a strictly businesslike demeanor with him and have had only positive interactions. He is clear and direct in his explanations, and is always respectful and professional, no matter how clueless the customer questions/comments. He will go out of his way to accommodate unusual situtions (last minute appointment requests, scheduling crisis). I switched to Dick after using the dealership and have never looked back (nor has my wallet!). Very reasonable rates from a real nice guy who is honest and highly recommended.

Mr. Deeb is very helpful, honest, and charges a fair price. I don't know anything about cars, but he does not make me feel stupid or talk down to me. Instead, he explains problems clearly, gives me his honest opinion about my car, and generally provides excellent service. I also find him to be a nice, friendly person. I'm a woman, and I've never found him to be at all disrespectful.
