Bob's is where you go to leave your decade-old, much-loved car to be re-purposed for a high school graduate to get through college. Bob is as honest and knowlegeable as they come.

We have been taking our vehicles to Bob's repair for 10+ years. The few times we have a disagreement over whether a repair was done correctly he has resolved it to our satisfaction. When our daughter's car was damaged in a wreck and I had a friend rebuild it Bob even provided parts at no cost from junkers at his place. He has offered loaner vehicles when he was late getting work done. And when we have had problems on trips has talked long distance to the shop working on our car to make sure the right work was being done.
