John Felleman fixed my brakes when nobody else could or would. Several other shops (including, incidentally, several on your list here) either were unable to solve the problem or denied that it existed. His shop is not the most attractive I have seen, which is probably why I shunned his service until I reached the point of desparation and said," what the hell?" Since that day, when he listened carefully to me and then painstakingly investigated and solved the problem, my wife and I have entrusted our three cars to his care for general maintenance. We have a plymouth voyager, a Saturn sl-2 and an '87 Volvo 240. Felleman has kept all three cars running beautifully for us. I have learned since then that he has been in this location for 19 years and does all the work himself, with the exception of tires and transmission rebuilding, which he subs out. He has no employees except for a woman who does odd jobs, such as washing windows, answering the phone, giving rides etc... I've never seen anybody work so hard. He's honest, capable, reasonable, available. What more could I ask for?
