I HAVE HAD MY CAR AND TRUCK SERVICED BY PAUL FOR MANY YEARS AND I'M VERY HAPPY WITH EVERY VISIT THAT I HAVE, EVEN IF I DO NOT HAVE AN APPIONTMENT.

Bob always makes you feel welcome and never makes you feel like you are interupting him. He shoots straight from the hip and tells you like it is. He is friendly, thoughtful, and always willing to bend over backwards to help you. He is the service manager, and despite his busy schedule, will always make time for you. He often squeezes you into a tight schedule, especially if he knows you need your vehicle repaired in a timely fashion. If he is not sure about the repair, he will study, make calls, and do everything in his power to find the cause of your problem. My two children and myself and my husband cannot live without him.

My son was 350 miles from home in college in Rochester, NY and had trouble with the brakes on our 1998 Dodge Caravan. I chose this firm based on their recommendation on the car talk site, and I told them so. I told them to just replace the brake pads. With me not there, giving my credit card over the phone, and my son without transportation or automotive knowledge, I was very vulnerable to a host of scams they could have run, but they didn't run any. They did exactly as I asked, didn't try to upsell me to any other work, the repair fixed the problem, they were prompt and courteous, and the $179 price was extraordinarily reasonable. I wish these guys would close up where they are and reopen in my home town! I'd do business with them again in a heartbeat.

I moved out of the area and really miss them. They always explained things well and did a good job. My anecdote is that I had them replace my timing belt and on their suggestion asked them to replace the water pump too. When they replaced the belt they said the waterpump didn't need replacing and not to worry about it. Then 10,000 miles later when the water pump went taking the new timing belt with it...they replaced the time belt for free and charged a very fair price.
