This shop has been in business for many years. It is a local institution. What I appreciate the most is their knowing their limits. If they can't fix it, they tell you and refer you to someone who can. Pretty refreshing.

They are competent on most models, but I've had bad experience with bringing them old Volvos. My family has 1990 and 1993 Volvo 240 with less than 110,000 miles on both and we have decided to find a different mechanic because Staffin's has not fixed several problems. They even told us that we should get new cars because these were getting too old. We've had great experience with other cars (Honda), but not Volvo.

I found I needed to plan ahead. My experience is that they are busy and you need to make an appointment for up to 10 days later.

This shop has many repeat customers, including myself, and that should be a good testimony.
