They've been doing all the work on my cars (Fords and Toyotas) for 15 or 20 years. There haven't been any screw-ups at all. They'll explain things, they don't make me feel dumb, and if I'm in a rush they'll almost always fit me in quickly. They really gain my trust when I fear some expensive work is coming up and they tell me it doesn't really need to be done, or it can be postponed.

I had them work on my 1992 Saab 9000 Turbo that had an issue with the clutch. I had the salve cylinder and clutch done by another shop but the problem came back again. Assuming that the slave was working properly Keith recommended I replace the master and see if that would fix the problem. I bought the part online and brought it to him to install. After installing it, the problem persisted, so Keith did not charge me for the labor. He said that since it did not fix the problem I shouldn't have to pay for it. He is one of the best mechanics I have come across, he is very honest and wont fix something just to make money off of it. We concluded that it is the slave cylinder that was not put on properly or is faulty. Great service, very honest, great guy.
