Steve and crew have been working on my cars since 1991. My parents have been going there even longer. I have owned, in order, a 1981 Olds Omega, 1991 Nissan Sentra, 1994 Chevy Lumina, and currently own a 1989 Buick Skyhawk (I know--I'm regressing). I have a limited knowledge of cars, so I couldn't afford to keep cars like that running if I didn't have a trustworthy mechanic. He's kept all my cars in working order, fixing everything for a fair price. I'm a female, and he never talks down to me--regularly showing me the bad parts, explaining why the needed to be replaced rather than fixed, etc. I don't ask for an estimate anymore, so I can't comment on how it works. Generally, I leave a note to call me if it's going to cost more than "X" dollars, as it may not be worth keeping the car. I kwow if it's just a hose that's all I'll be charged for and if it's something more, that's really the problem. If the car is scheduled for repair, he'll get to it right away. If it's an unscheduled tow in, and he's booked up, it may take him some time to get to it. With a 89 Skyhawk, I'm willing to wait. Anyway, I highly recommend Steve.

I have been doing business with Steve for over 20 years. He is far and away THE BEST. I travel almost 10 miles to his shop and pass many others along the way- some of which are listed on this site. I have had cars/trucks towed 20 or more miles to Steve's. I have sent my wife, daughters, siblings, friends and neighbors to his shop, because I have 100% trust in him. I have NEVER seen or heard a customer suffering the anguish common to so many dealers and shops. I would trust Steve with ANY job.
