Ralph and the crew have worked on my mom's, dad's, mine, AND my sister's cars ever since my parents moved to Fredonia about 20 years ago. They are understanding of the fact that I am a poor graduate student and are very honest about what I really need to fix versus what I can wait on a bit. They fix things well the first time and do it in a timely manner, and they don't overcharge.

I have been going to Ralph's since I was in High School almost 20 years ago. I no longer live in the area (active duty military) but every time I go home I have something I have waited to get fixed or seen there. My entire family, siblings and parents only go to him now and there are not complaints. A career's worth of honesty has gone into making this sole proprietorship a highly reputable shop!!
